Description

Provide administrative assistance to the Branch by performing clerical tasks that are repetitive in nature and minimally complex. Perform basic operational support in two or more of the essential support functions necessary for the operation of the branch and shipping.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Demonstrate conduct consistent with Harris Rebar’s vision and values.
  2. Assist with answering phones and general office administration functions such as filing and office cleanup
  3. Assist shipping with data entry functions
  4. Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
