Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and operational management of Harris Rebar Branch office, shop and third-party field placing operations consistent with Harris Rebar’s vision and values.  The Branch Manager is responsible for teammate safety, financial performance and personal development of the branch teammates. The Branch Manager will coordinate and assist other Branch Managers in the Plymouth Mill Region through team collaboration in estimating, sales, detailing and fabrication.   

1.Lead and promote SAFETY 
2.Lead and promote the Nucor and Harris Rebar Vision and Values
3.Lead all aspects of the Branch including, but not limited to; managing personnel and processes related to estimating, sales, detailing, shop fabrication, profit/loss, and Harris or third-party field placing operations
4.Develop and communicate an action plan for success while coaching the team to execute on that plan
5.Manage and understand market conditions and market forces that drive the business
6.Build the talent pool by developing future leaders
7.Communicate and verify follow through with all company policy and procedures

•Currently Qualified to work in the United States
•Five years of reinforcing steel detailing, fabrication, placing or related steel industry experience, with at least five years' experience as a leader 

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
•5 Years construction industry experience (field, engineering, other construction products)
•OSHA 300 Industrial and Construction Safety Certification
•Knowledge of related business, labor relations and  industrial regulations and standards

•Walking, sitting, standing, bending
•Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers and other electronic equipment
•Lifting/handling (typically not more than 25 pounds).
