Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and other members of the senior management team.
  • Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments, business units, and external organizations.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and draft reports; conduct research and compile data and graphics.
  • Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations.
  • Coordinate the logistical aspects of executive team programs, such as meetings, special projects, and social/business functions and events, including preparation of agendas, management of guest list and invitations, booking of facilities and vendors and other arrangements as necessary.
  • Complete expense reports.
  • Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for format, content, grammar, and spelling; make edits as necessary.
  • Supervision of reception
  • Perform additional tasks and participate in special projects as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary diploma in Business Administration - Executive or related field.
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • 5 - 7 years of related administrative work experience supporting at the Senior Executive level.
