Job Description



  • Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports.
  • Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management.
  • Completion and submission of the monthly, quarterly and year end reporting of consolidation results and supporting schedules.
  • Compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual divisional forecasts and budgets
  • Preparation of annual statutory financial statements
  • Preparation of annual Canadian Corporate tax fillings.
  • Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization
  • Maintain the general ledger as needed.
  • Auditing, Financial Analysis and Financial reporting
  • Perform any additional responsibilities that may be required by Management


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Completion or in the process of completing CPA designation is a must have
  • At least 6 years of accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Corporate tax knowledge is an asset
  • Analytical skills are an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet various internal and external deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
